Data Confidentiality

Each deployed client application is partitioned into an isolated database environment with strict cryptographic access boundaries.
Anonymous Telemetry
Anti abuse verification uses one way anonymous hardware hashing. Zero personally identifiable information is attached to system metrics.
1. Information We Collect and Ethical Data Processing
Premionix Software Studio operates with a strict, principled data minimization architecture. We do not collect extraneous user telemetry, do not profile customer behavior, and do not track browsing sessions across external websites.
When you access our platform, build application blueprints, or consult with our studio engineers, we process only the following essential technical information:
- Anonymous Hardware Hash: A cryptographic, one way hash computed client side from your device GPU renderer parameters. This identifier is strictly utilized to enforce fair use daily AI prompt quotas and prevent automated denial of service attacks without associating any personal identity.
- Interactive Scope Configurations: Architectural module selections, estimated development hours, and plan tiers configured through our online estimation tools.
- Voluntary Inquiries: Contact names, phone numbers, WhatsApp handles, and project notes submitted voluntarily for custom software quotations.
2. Client Operational Data Privacy and Partitioning
Complete Privacy Boundary: When Premionix provisions a bespoke application or enterprise suite (such as Premionix Dental, School, Laboratory, Market, Pharmacy, or Solar), all operational data generated by the client remains strictly confidential.
Zero Inspection or Data Monetization: Premionix will never inspect, review, harvest, analyze, sell, lease, or monetize client patient clinical records, student grades, customer transaction histories, or inventory catalogs.
Cryptographic Access Control: Databases enforce server side rule validations that prevent any cross tenant access, ensuring your enterprise records are accessible only by your authorized credentials.
3. Artificial Intelligence and Zero Chat Logging
Local In Browser Storage: Conversations with our Studio AI assistant are stored exclusively in your browser local storage (IndexedDB). Conversation histories are never written to centralized company tracking servers.
Encrypted Cloud AI Transport: When cloud AI features are utilized, queries are transmitted over encrypted TLS 1.3 channels directly to Google Gemini APIs. Data submitted through these API requests is not retained to train foundational AI models.
Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): When using personal API keys, keys remain encrypted solely within your local device browser storage.
Offline WebGPU Engine: In WebGPU offline mode, language models execute entirely inside your device graphic processor with zero external internet transmissions.
4. Transport Security, Subdomains, and Edge Shielding
TLS 1.3 Encryption: All data transmitted between user web browsers and Premionix servers is secured with TLS 1.3 encryption, automatic HSTS enforcement, and automated wildcard SSL certificate renewals.
Edge CDN Shielding: Edge infrastructure filters malicious bot traffic, distributed denial of service floods, and brute force credential attacks before requests reach client applications.
Subdomain Isolation: Each client subdomain on premionix.com operates under isolated routing rules to ensure that traffic across different merchant environments remains completely separated.
5. Client Data Rights, Portability, and Complete Deletion
Complete Data Portability: Clients maintain the continuous right to export their complete operational database in standard formats (such as Excel, JSON, or CSV) through their administrative console at any time with zero retention fees.
Permanent Data Sanitization: Upon formal written request or service conclusion, Premionix will permanently purge and sanitize client database instances and cloud storage buckets in compliance with standard data sanitization protocols.
6. Cookie Disclosures and Zero Behavioral Tracking
Zero Third Party Advertising Cookies: Premionix does not use marketing pixels, social media ad trackers, or third party behavioral analytics cookies on its main portal.
Functional Cookies Only: We use only strictly necessary local storage keys to store interface preferences (such as dark mode choices and builder module selections) and anonymous quota verification markers.
